♻️ Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Applicability

Applies to all paid products and paid services offered on BSSK India.

2. General Terms

Payments are final once processed, unless the service/product is unused or faulty.

To request a refund or cancellation, email support@bsskindia.org within the timelines below.

3. Digital Products (E-books, Downloads, Recordings, Courses)

• Fully refundable within 7 days of purchase if not accessed/downloaded.
• No refunds thereafter — considered delivered upon download/access.

4. Live Events, Webinars, Workshops

• Cancellation allowed up to 48 hours before start for full refund.
• No refunds for last‑minute cancellations or no‑shows; we may offer a recording or credit.

5. Consultations & Coaching Sessions

• Can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session.
• Late cancellations (< 24 hours) are non-refundable but eligible for rescheduling once.

6. Faulty or Misrepresented Deliverables

If items or services are defective or misrepresented, contact us within 14 days for assessment. Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.

7. Processing Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
• Credit/debit card refunds may take longer depending on the bank.

8. Cancellation by BSSK India

We reserve the right to cancel events or services due to low turnout or force majeure. In such cases, registered users will be fully refunded or offered an equivalent alternative.

9. Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks without prior contact may result in service suspension or legal action. We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate claims.
